Today at the PlayStation Experience, Techland, the creators of Dying Light, released a new gameplay trailer for Dying Light 2. The trailer gives us our first look at the new fast-paced gameplay, the map, and the Zakharan enemies. The trailer also teases the new co-op mode where you and a friend can play through the game together. We also see that there will be a new mode in the game, called “Survival”, where you must scavenge for resources to stay alive.
The new trailer also showcases some new enemies that the players will be able to come across during their gameplay session. As you can see in the trailer above, one of these monsters is a hulking mech-like creature that is able to climb on any surface and can throw explosives. It is also big enough to even climb on a giant skyscraper.
Dying Light 2 is currently in development, and its first gameplay trailer was released earlier this week. It’s a deep look into the game’s story, characters and various monsters, and if you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, you can watch the trailer below!. In today’s episode of Dying 2 Know, the development team at Techland Games talked about the different types of infected that will appear in the game. The game will introduce new species, such as the Revenant, and the day-night cycle in the game’s open world will bring new horrors when the sun goes down.
The godfather of parkour, David Belle, will be the creative director for Dying Light 2. Parkour animation with motion capture, creative advice and talents help to create his playable character.
