Update 1.4, aka The Raid of the Hood, is scheduled to release this week on the H3 servers. Since the official launch of the update, there have been a few patches to the game’s code. The latest of which addressed a few issues with gear durability and the new H3 PvE mode, the Raid of the Hood.
Last week, we received a large update for Hood: Outlaws and Legends, with a second balance update in the works. You can now play the game in a competitive PvE mode, and the developers have outlined and tested a number of balance changes that should give players something to do while they wait for the next balance patch. If you’re playing Hood, take a look at these balance changes and stay tuned for more updates.
Memorize the cap Outlaws and Legends? It’s a medieval PvPvE game in which two teams of players compete against AI guards and each other to sneak into different locations, get loot and escape – we first reported on it in August 2020. The game was released in May of this year and currently has mixed reviews from Steam users. Many have commented that the game’s combat system is easy to abuse, the classes are unbalanced, and there isn’t enough new content. These are the points that came up in last week’s developer video, which discussed the features of Update 1.4 were mentioned, including removing the player’s visible rank in the lobby (because it gave the false impression that enemies were tougher, according to the video), the ability to interrupt kills, the ability to end stuns and stuns by dodging or blocking to prevent stun blocking, and moving players to a lair between matches so they can change makeup and equipment without having to change The patch is already in effect; the patch notes can be found here. The blog continues with other planned updates for the game, such as. The addition of a new mountain map in mid-June; the addition of a PvE mode with more lethal guards that can fire a single shot at spotted players, and new respawn mechanics where team members must bring a fallen friend’s talisman to a certain point to revive it – both of which may be incorporated into PvP mode if well received; and the promise of significant balance changes in terms of approach, registered players can also expect a new character in the coming months and a Battle Pass in August or September.
