After the release of Patch 11.16, Riot Games has announced the release of Patch 11.17 for League of Legends on the 14th of September, which includes the much awaited Crime City update. Riot Games describes the Crime City update as “A new, free expansion that brings an all-new game mode, Champion, and more,” and it is expected to be released for all regions on the 14th of September.

With the release of Patch 11.17, League of Legends is now firmly in the middle of its Summer Split, which means that Riot Games is more or less in the middle of making its big changes to the game. After all, the contentious All Chat option is still getting some tweaks, as are a few other tweaks that have been floating around since last year.

Riot Games have announced a new patch for the popular MOBA game, League of Legends. The new patch, which is set to release on 23rd October, will bring new mastery pages, balance changes, visual updates, as well as “a few quality of life improvements”.

This is where we’ll go through everything that’s new and different in Patch 11.17 for League of Legends.

Patch 11.17 for League of Legends is on its way to the PBE for a two-week test period. Players will be able to receive a first peek at the MOBA’s newest cosmetics as well as future balancing and system improvements during this period.

The inclusion of many beautiful Crime City Nightmare and Phoenix skins is revealed in the patch notes, along with the game’s release date.

Riot Games’ famous MOBA is updated on a regular basis, which is why a patch schedule is required to keep track of when the next one is due. The release date for LoL Patch 11.17 has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 25, which is when the improvements that have passed testing will be implemented on live servers.

League of Legends Patch 11.17

In League of Legends Patch 11.17, there are eight new skins for current champions, divided into two lines this time. Crime City Nightmare Akali (1350 RP), Crime City Nightmare Darius (1350 RP), Crime City Nightmare Shaco(1350 RP), Crime City Nightmare Twisted Fate (1350 RP), Crime City Nightmare Zyra (1350 RP), Divine Phoenix Anivia, Graceful Phoenix Seraphine, and Brave Phoenix Xayah are all available on the PBE.

The turnarounds below depict each character model, providing a fair sense of the earlier skin line’s mafia-inspired concept and the latter skin line’s more fantasy-driven emphasis.
